The Division for Strategic Development and Organization

The Division for Strategic Development and Organization is responsible for the development of infrastructures and capabilities required for the NSC to realize its mission and perform its duties, as well as raising, managing and implementing the resources required to this end.

 

The head of the division is the Deputy Head of the NSC for Strategic Development and Organization - Col. (Res.) Reuven Levy.

 
 

Some of the Division's Functions

  • To develop methodologies and ways of thinking for the unique work conducted by the NSC, which are required for its political security staff work, vis-a-vis domestic and foreign parties, and vis-a-vis the Prime Minister and the Government 
  • To develop and realize a mechanism to locate, recruit and place the organization's employees and management personnel
  • To characterize, acquire and install technological and technical infrastructures required to carry out the NSC's tasks
  • To characterize and ensure the ongoing administration of systems for documenting and managing the organization's knowledge
  • To characterize, recruit and manage all the budgets and resources required for the NSC to realize its mission and functions
  • To support the ongoing development of human capital among the NSC divisions and its professional empowerment
  • To initiate and implement diverse organizational activities that empower and support the organization's manpower
  • To provide continuous support and administration of personal welfare services required for the organization's employees​​
