The National Security Council's legal bureau is involved in the operation of all Council divisions, and takes an integral part in staff work coordinated by the NSC. The Legal division is headed by attorney Roy Keidar.

Accompanying legal procedures concerning the NSC

Representing the NSC in legal forums in the Prime Minister's Office, subordinate units, defense authorities and the Knesset, as well as parallel legal bodies in foreign countries

Preserving the binding work norms in accordance with the dictates of law, the Public Service regulations and proper management rules.
